Purpose
Increase learner engagement and mindset readiness before skill-based sales training
The client was rolling out a new sales development program but struggled with low early-stage engagement, mixed learner confidence, and misconceptions around prospecting, which is often viewed as cold calling rather than value-led opportunity creation. To address this, we designed a short AI-powered avatar introduction video as the first touchpoint in the learning journey.
The video serves to set the narrative, clarify expectations, and emotionally prime learners before training begins , helping them understand what prospecting really means, why it matters, and how the upcoming modules will support their success.
The final production blends lifelike avatar narration with industry-relevant, graphic B-roll, creating a modern, cinematic, and culturally aligned introduction that boosts learner curiosity and readiness while signaling a premium, digital-first learning experience.

Message Framing & Script Development
We developed a purpose-driven, learner-focused script that reframes sales prospecting from fear, pressure, and quota-chasing to value creation, curiosity, and opportunity opening.
The tone was intentional: supportive, confident, and modern.

We aligned visuals, language, and avatar persona with the client’s brand culture, sales tone, and learner demographic, ensuring authenticity and trust.

B-Roll Storytelling
To enhance engagement, we incorporated B-roll and motion visuals that illustrate key ideas ,making the video feel richer, more dynamic, and emotionally resonant than a static talking-head format.

Production Using AI Media Tools
The final video was produced using AI-based avatar, voice synthesis, and cinematic B-roll tools, enabling high-quality production faster and more affordably than traditional video shoots.

Bilingual Versioning (Arabic & English)
To support regional delivery and learner inclusivity, the script and visuals were optimized for seamless Arabic and English versions, respecting tone, nuance, and cultural meaning.
Higher Early-Stage Engagement
Learner engagement during Module 1 increased significantly, with 96% of participants completing the intro video in full compared to the previous average of 71% for initial learning touchpoints.
Improved Mindset & Confidence Toward Prospecting
A post-intro pulse survey showed a 32% increase in learners reporting confidence in their ability to prospect effectively, and a 41% reduction in negative or fear-based wording around outreach.
Stronger Learning Flow & Progression
Following implementation, 88% of learners continued directly to the next lesson without pause, indicating smoother cognitive onboarding and reduced early dropout.
Clearer Understanding of Prospecting as Value-Led
Learner reflection responses demonstrated a shift in language from product-pushing to value and needs-based phrasing, with 3 out of 4 participants able to articulate a purpose-driven definition of prospecting.
